Beef Tips and Gravy
Steamed Rice and DIll PeasIngredients
- 2 lb beef round chunks
- 2 (0.87-oz) envelopes less sodium brown gravy mix
- 2 cups less sodium beef broth
Instructions
- Stir together all ingredients in a lightly greased 5- to 7-quart slow cooker. Cover, and cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours or until beef is very tender. Serve over Steamed Rice recipe.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1½ cups long grain white rice
- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen green peas
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 tsp dried dill
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Steam peas according to package directions; toss with butter, dill, salt, and pepper.
