Pan-Seared Garlic Butter Steak
Mashed Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp minced garlic, divided
- 4 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary, divided
- 2 lb boneless top sirloin steak
- ½ cup butter, softened
Instructions
- Combine oil, 2 Tbsp garlic, and 2 Tbsp rosemary in a bowl; rub all over steak. Season steak with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Preheat a grill pan or large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak 6 to 7 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
- Mash butter, 2 Tbsp rosemary, and 1 Tbsp garlic in a small bowl; season with freshly ground pepper, if desired. Serve on steak.

- 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 2 (12-oz) pkg halved Brussels sprouts
- 1 (3-oz) pouch real crumbled Applewood bacon
