Ingredients
- 1 (18-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- ½ cup low sodium vegetable broth
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together ravioli, marinara sauce, ¾ cup mozzarella, and broth in a large bowl; spoon into a lightly greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with remaining ¾ cup mozzarella.
- Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with Parmesan and basil.

- 2 Roma tomatoes, cut into chunks
- ¼ cup olive oil vinaigrette
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
