Ingredients

  • 1½ Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic, divided
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary, divided
  • 1 lb boneless top sirloin steak
  • ¼ cup butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Combine oil, 1 Tbsp garlic, and 1 Tbsp rosemary in a bowl; rub all over steak. Season steak with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Preheat a grill pan or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak 6 to 7 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
  3. Mash butter, 1 Tbsp rosemary, and 1 Tbsp garlic in a bowl; season with freshly ground pepper, if desired. Serve on steak.

  • 1 (24-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg halved Brussels sprouts
  • 2 Tbsp real crumbled Applewood bacon
