Korean Beef Sloppy Joes
Sriracha SlawIngredients
- 1½ lb ground sirloin
- ½ cup ketchup
- ½ cup hoisin sauce
- ½ cup water
- 2 Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 brioche buns
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until browned and crumbly.
- Stir in ketchup, hoisin, water, soy sauce, oil, vinegar, and garlic to pan; cook 5 minutes or until mixture thickens.
- Meanwhile, warm or toast buns; top with beef mixture and green onions, if desired.

- ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
- 1 (16-oz) pkg shredded coleslaw
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine vinegar, soy sauce, peanut butter, lime juice, oil, and Sriracha sauce in a large bowl. Add coleslaw; toss.
