Ingredients
- ½ lb salmon fillets
- ¾ tsp Greek seasoning
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ⅓ cup tzatziki dip
- 2 Greek pita flatbreads
- ⅔ cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 Roma tomato, sliced
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1½ Tbsp chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- Sprinkle fish with seasoning. Cook fish in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork. Break fish into large pieces using a fork.
- Spread tzatziki dip on flatbreads; top with lettuce, tomato, fish, onion, and dill.

- 1 cup angel hair coleslaw
- ½ English cucumber, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup sliced pepperoncini
- 2 Tbsp crumbled feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp Greek vinaigrette
