Garlic-Dill Baked Chicken
Herb Roasted Potatoes and Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ⅛ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange chicken on a large rimmed baking sheet. Combine oil, dill, and garlic; rub all over chicken. Sprinkle with salt.
- Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is done.

- ½ lb red potatoes, halved
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together potatoes, oil, dill, ⅛ tsp salt, and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are browned and tender, stirring after 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook beans according to package directions.
