Garlic-Dill Baked Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange chicken on a large rimmed baking sheet. Combine oil, dill, and garlic; rub all over chicken. Sprinkle with salt.
  2. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is done.

  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together potatoes, oil, dill, ⅛ tsp salt, and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are browned and tender, stirring after 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cook beans according to package directions.
