Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg asparagus spears
  • 12 oz frozen salad shrimp, thawed
  • 2 (6-oz) pkg butter lettuce mix
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup seasoned croutons
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ½ cup green goddess dressing

Instructions

  1. Microwave asparagus according to package directions; cool.
  2. Pat shrimp dry using paper towels. Divide greens, shrimp, asparagus, avocado, croutons, and onion among plates; drizzle with dressing.
