Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz) pkg asparagus spears
- 12 oz frozen salad shrimp, thawed
- 2 (6-oz) pkg butter lettuce mix
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ½ cup seasoned croutons
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ½ cup green goddess dressing
Instructions
- Microwave asparagus according to package directions; cool.
- Pat shrimp dry using paper towels. Divide greens, shrimp, asparagus, avocado, croutons, and onion among plates; drizzle with dressing.
