Cinnamon-Sugar French Toast

Ingredients
- 5 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2½ cups crushed cinnamon crunch cereal
- 12 slices brioche
- ¼ cup butter, divided
- ½ (24-oz) bottle pancake syrup
- 1 (16-oz) container strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
- Place crushed cereal in a separate shallow dish. Dip each bread slice in egg mixture, letting excess drip off; dredge in crushed cereal, pressing gently to adhere.
- Melt 1 Tbsp butter in a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add 3 coated bread slices, and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until browned. Remove from skillet, and keep warm.
- Repeat procedure with remaining butter and coated bread slices. Serve with syrup and sliced strawberries.
