Basil-Butter Chicken and Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 6 Tbsp butter, softened and divided
- 2 pints grape tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Sprinkle chicken all over with seasoning. Melt 2 Tbsp butter in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken to skillet, and cook 3 minutes per side or until browned.
- Add tomatoes to skillet. Transfer skillet to oven, and bake 15 minutes or until chicken is done and tomatoes begin to burst.
- Meanwhile, stir together 4 Tbsp butter and basil. Dollop butter mixture over chicken.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 3 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
- 1 lemon
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Steam green beans according to package directions; place in a large bowl. Grate zest and squeeze juice from lemon over beans. Add oil, garlic, and pepper; toss.
