Roasted Garlic-Rosemary Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut top off garlic head; peel outer layers, leaving papery membranes of individual cloves intact.
  2. Place garlic in a small foil-lined baking dish; drizzle with oil. Wrap garlic with additional foil.
  3. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until soft and lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove garlic from membranes and coarsely chop.
  4. Stir together chopped roasted garlic, softened butter, and rosemary in a small bowl. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 5 days.
