Chicken-Bacon Ranch Fries
Ingredients
- ½ (32-oz) pkg frozen gluten free French fries
- ½ (1-oz) envelope gluten free Ranch dressing mix
- 1½ tsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
- 1½ tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup shredded colby Jack cheese
- 3 slices fully cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Toss together fries, 1 Tbsp dressing mix, and oil on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer. Bake fries according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; add chicken and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is done.
- Remove fries from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Top fries with ½ cup cheese, chicken, ½ cup cheese, and bacon.
- Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with onion, and drizzle with dressing.
