Sausage and Tortellini Skillet
Italian Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg ground mild Italian sausage
- 1 (18-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
- 1 (14.5-oz) can less sodium chicken broth
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 (5-oz) container shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook sausage in a large, deep skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, if needed, and return to skillet.
- Add tortellini, pasta sauce, broth, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Sprinkle with cheese.

- 1 (10-oz) pkg Italian style salad mix
- 1 (5-oz) pkg seasoned croutons
- ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl just before serving.
