Easy Skillet Ziti

Ingredients

  • 6 oz ziti pasta
  • ¾ lb ground beef
  • ½ (24-oz) jar tomato and basil marinara sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce with Italian seasonings
  • 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
  2. Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  3. Stir in marinara sauce, tomato sauce, and soup; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Add pasta; cook just until thoroughly heated, stirring until blended.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 1½ Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
  2. Roast 18 minutes or until broccoli is lightly browned and tender. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
