Easy Skillet Ziti
Roasted Broccoli
Ingredients
- 6 oz ziti pasta
- ¾ lb ground beef
- ½ (24-oz) jar tomato and basil marinara sauce
- 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce with Italian seasonings
- 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in marinara sauce, tomato sauce, and soup; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Add pasta; cook just until thoroughly heated, stirring until blended.
- Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Roast 18 minutes or until broccoli is lightly browned and tender. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
