Simple Salisbury Steak and Gravy
Buttered Peas and Mashed PotatoesIngredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 (18-oz) jar beef gravy
Instructions
- Stir together beef, breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic salt, and egg in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
- Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers.
- Meanwhile, heat gravy according to package directions. Divide patties among 6 plates; spoon gravy over patties.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen green peas
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 (32-oz) carton refrigerated mashed potatoes
Side Dish Instructions
- Steam peas according to package directions; toss with butter. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Heat potatoes according to package directions.
