Birthday Cake Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- ½ (15.25-oz) box rainbow chip cake mix
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1½ cups rainbow sprinkles
- 1 (14.4-oz) pkg graham crackers
- 1 (11-oz) pkg vanilla wafers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread cake mix on a rimmed baking sheet and bake 5 minutes; cool completely.
- Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla at medium speed with a mixer until smooth.
- Whisk together powdered sugar and cooled dry cake mix; add half to cream cheese mixture, and mix well. Repeat with remaining mixture.
- Place cheese ball on a sheet of plastic wrap; wrap and freeze 15 minutes. Unwrap and cover cheese ball with sprinkles.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with your favorite cookies for dipping.
