Ingredients

  • 1 (22-oz) pkg frozen red potato wedges with olive oil and garlic
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg radish coins
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans
  • 1 (12-oz) bottle Asiago Caesar dressing, divided
  • 6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together potatoes, radishes, green beans, and ½ cup dressing in a large bowl. Divide between 2 large rimmed baking sheets; spread in a single layer. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables are browned and tender.
  2. Meanwhile, brush chicken with ¼ cup dressing.
  3. Cook chicken in a large lightly greased nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done. Serve chicken and vegetables with remaining dressing.
