Ham and Beef BBQ Burger

Crispy Onion Rings and Grapes

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • ½ lb thin deli sliced sweet ham
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 6 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Stir together mayonnaise and barbecue sauce in a small bowl. Divide ham into 6 portions.
  2. Shape beef into 6 patties; season lightly with salt and pepper, if desired. Grill, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done. Top with cheese, and grill 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Place ham portions and buns on grill. Grill 1 to 2 minutes or until ham is lightly browned and buns are toasted.
  3. Serve cheese-topped patties on buns with ham portions and mayonnaise mixture.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (13.5-oz) pkg frozen onion rings
  • 1 lb seedless red grapes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake onion rings according to package directions.
  2. Serve grapes on each plate.
