Ham and Beef BBQ Burger
Crispy Onion Rings and GrapesIngredients
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- ½ lb thin deli sliced sweet ham
- 2 lb ground beef
- 6 slices Cheddar cheese
- 6 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Stir together mayonnaise and barbecue sauce in a small bowl. Divide ham into 6 portions.
- Shape beef into 6 patties; season lightly with salt and pepper, if desired. Grill, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done. Top with cheese, and grill 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Place ham portions and buns on grill. Grill 1 to 2 minutes or until ham is lightly browned and buns are toasted.
- Serve cheese-topped patties on buns with ham portions and mayonnaise mixture.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (13.5-oz) pkg frozen onion rings
- 1 lb seedless red grapes
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake onion rings according to package directions.
- Serve grapes on each plate.
