Baked Club Sliders

Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg bacon, chopped
- 1½ cups mayonnaise
- ¼ cup minced fresh basil
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 (12-count) pkg slider buns
- 2 (12-count) pkg sliced Havarti cheese
- 1 lb thinly sliced deli turkey
- 1 lb thinly sliced deli ham
- ½ cup butter
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, basil, and lemon zest. Add crispy bacon, stirring until blended.
- Generously coat 2 (13- x 9-inch) baking dishes with cooking spray. Arrange bottom buns in each dish. Spread mayonnaise mixture over bottom buns. Assemble sliders with half of cheese slices, turkey, ham, and remaining cheese slices. Cover with bun tops.
- Combine butter, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire in a microwave-safe bowl; cover loosely, and microwave at HIGH until butter is melted. Brush mixture over buns.
- Cover and bake 20 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with seasoning, and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.
