Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins, trimmed
  • 1 (12-oz) jar sweet and sour sauce
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  1. Place pork in a lightly greased 5- to 7-quart slow cooker.
  2. Pour sweet and sour sauce and water over pork. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or until tender. Slice before serving.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (14-oz) pkg rice noodles
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen stir fry vegetables, thawed
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp less sodium soy sauce

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook vegetables in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 6 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add noodles, green onions, and sesame seeds; cook 2 minutes until thoroughly heated. Stir in soy sauce.
