Beefy Egg Roll Bowls
Fresh OrangesIngredients
- 1 lb 93% lean ground beef
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 cups tricolor coleslaw
- 4 green onions, chopped
- ⅓ cup coconut aminos
- 4 tsp dark sesame oil
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Cook beef, mushrooms, onion, and garlic in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring until beef is browned and crumbly. Drain and return to skillet. Stir in coleslaw and green onions.
- Whisk together coconut aminos, oil, ginger, vinegar, and Sriracha; add to skillet. Cook 5 minutes or until coleslaw wilts; stir in basil.
