Ingredients

  • 1 (2-lb) salmon fillet
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fish on a greased rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Combine cheese, parsley, lemon zest, and garlic in a bowl. Spread cheese mixture over fish; bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and fish flakes with a fork.
