Ingredients
- 1 (2-lb) salmon fillet
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fish on a greased rimmed baking sheet.
- Combine cheese, parsley, lemon zest, and garlic in a bowl. Spread cheese mixture over fish; bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and fish flakes with a fork.
