Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp minced capers
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ lb peeled and deveined, small cooked shrimp, coarsely chopped
  • 1 (7.5-oz) bag wavy cut sea salt potato chips

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, capers, onions, lemon zest, and garlic in a medium bowl with a mixer at medium speed until mixture is blended. Stir in shrimp.
  2. Cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 2 days. Serve with potato chips.
