Cold Shrimp Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp minced capers
- 2 green onions, minced
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ lb peeled and deveined, small cooked shrimp, coarsely chopped
- 1 (7.5-oz) bag wavy cut sea salt potato chips
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, capers, onions, lemon zest, and garlic in a medium bowl with a mixer at medium speed until mixture is blended. Stir in shrimp.
- Cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 2 days. Serve with potato chips.
