Garlicky Sautéed Shrimp
Sautéed Zoodles and Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 2 lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry; sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
- Stir in butter, garlic, and parsley; cook 2 minutes or until garlic is fragrant and butter is melted. Serve over Sautéed Zoodles recipe.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 lb zucchini
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Cut zucchini into noodles using a spiralizer or cut lengthwise into ¼-inch-thick slices; stack 3 slices at a time, and cut lengthwise into thin strips to resemble strands of pasta.
- Cook zucchini in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often, 2 to 3 minutes or just until thoroughly heated. Season with salt, if desired.
- Combine lettuce, cheese, and dressing in a large bowl; toss.
