Sheet Pan Teriyaki Shrimp with Broccoli and Peppers
Sesame Jasmine RiceIngredients
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 2 red bell peppers, sliced
- 1¼ cups teriyaki sauce, divided
- 2 lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together broccoli, bell peppers, and half of teriyaki sauce in a large bowl. Toss together shrimp and remaining half of teriyaki sauce in a separate bowl.
- Spread broccoli mixture in a single layer on a large parchment paper-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes.
- Add shrimp to baking sheet; bake 5 to 7 minutes longer or just until shrimp are done.

- 3 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable jasmine rice
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Side Dish Instructions
- Heat rice according to package directions. Toss hot cooked rice with sesame seeds in a large bowl.
