Sheet Pan Teriyaki Shrimp with Broccoli and Peppers

Ingredients

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 2 red bell peppers, sliced
  • 1¼ cups teriyaki sauce, divided
  • 2 lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together broccoli, bell peppers, and half of teriyaki sauce in a large bowl. Toss together shrimp and remaining half of teriyaki sauce in a separate bowl.
  2. Spread broccoli mixture in a single layer on a large parchment paper-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp to baking sheet; bake 5 to 7 minutes longer or just until shrimp are done.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 3 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable jasmine rice
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat rice according to package directions. Toss hot cooked rice with sesame seeds in a large bowl.
