Brown Sugar and Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Tenderloins

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1½ lb chicken tenderloins
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1 cup honey mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix together sugar and chili powder in a small bowl; rub over chicken. Wrap 1 slice bacon around each chicken tenderloin.
  2. Arrange chicken on a wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet; bake 18 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
  3. Serve with honey mustard for dipping.

  • 1 (11-oz) pkg Parker house style yeast rolls
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 6 Tbsp crispy fried onions

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake rolls according to package directions.
  2. Cook beans according to package directions; toss with butter and mustard. Sprinkle with crispy onions.
