Peanut-Sesame Tofu
Simple Cauli-RiceIngredients
- 1 (14-oz) pkg extra-firm tofu, cubed
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 (12-oz) pkg vegetable stir-fry medley
- 1 cup sesame sauce
- ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- Cook tofu in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until browned.
- Meanwhile, cook vegetables according to package directions. Add vegetables, sesame sauce, peanut butter, and soy sauce to skillet with tofu. Cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve over Simple Cauli-Rice recipe.

- 2 (10-oz) pkg frozen riced cauliflower
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook cauliflower according to package directions. Stir in salt and pepper.
