Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Skillet
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable roasted chicken flavored rice
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 2 (10.5-oz) cans cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and done.
- Meanwhile, cook rice and broccoli according to package directions. Add soup and sour cream to skillet with chicken; cook 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in hot broccoli. Serve over rice.
