Italian Shrimp and Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated fettuccine
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 (0.7-oz) envelope Italian dressing mix
  • 1½ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
  • 1 pint multicolor grape tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add dressing mix, stirring to combine.
  3. Add shrimp and tomatoes; cook, stirring, 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are done and tomatoes are blistered. Stir in parsley. Serve over pasta.
