Citrus Salmon Grain Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp roasted garlic and herb seasoning blend
  • 1 (1½-lb) salmon fillet
  • 2 (8.5-oz) pouches microwavable seven whole grains mix
  • 1 (15.8-oz) sunflower bacon crunch chopped salad kit

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler. Grate 1 tsp zest from orange; squeeze juice to equal 1 Tbsp. Combine sugar, orange zest, orange juice, and seasoning. Place salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet; rub with sugar mixture.
  2. Broil salmon 8 to 10 minutes or until flakes with a fork. Meanwhile, cook grains and prepare salad kit according to package directions.
  3. Divide salad and grains among 6 serving bowls. Break salmon into large pieces; top bowls with salmon.
