Middle Eastern Chicken Wraps
Pita Chips and Tzatziki Dip
Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp Za'atar seasoning
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (6-count) pkg Greek style flatbread
- 1 (10-oz) container roasted red pepper hummus
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded iceberg lettuce
- 4 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Cut chicken into thin strips; toss with seasoning. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until done.
- Meanwhile, warm flatbread according to package directions. Serve chicken in warm flatbread with hummus, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
