Pesto Pasta with Tomatoes and Mozzarella

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg linguine
  • 1 (6.5-oz) jar pesto
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg fresh mozzarella cheese pearls

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, reserving 1 cup cooking water. Return pasta to pot, and stir in pesto and reserved cooking water. Cook, stirring often, over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
  2. Stir in tomatoes and cheese.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 6 frozen restaurant style breadsticks
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake breadsticks according to package directions. Brush with butter, and sprinkle with garlic powder.
