Ingredients
- 3 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- 1½ Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Place fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
- Combine soy sauce, honey, and ginger; brush on fish. Broil 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- ½ apple, finely chopped
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp; crumble.
- Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil; add broccoli. Cook 1 minute or until bright green. Plunge broccoli into ice water; drain.
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add broccoli, bacon, and apple; toss.
