Ingredients

  • 3 (6-oz) salmon fillets
  • 1½ Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler. Place fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  2. Combine soy sauce, honey, and ginger; brush on fish. Broil 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • ½ apple, finely chopped

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp; crumble.
  2. Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil; add broccoli. Cook 1 minute or until bright green. Plunge broccoli into ice water; drain.
  3. Whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add broccoli, bacon, and apple; toss.
