Ingredients

  • 1½ lb boneless pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (1-oz) envelope less sodium taco seasoning mix
  • 1½ cups salsa verde

Instructions

  1. Rub pork with oil and seasoning. Cook pork in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done.
  2. Serve pork with salsa.
