15-Minute Lemon-Caper Grouper
Toasted Almond Green Beans
Ingredients
- 3 (6-oz) grouper fillets
- 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp capers
- ½ lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper, if desired. Place fish on a foil-lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
- Bake 10 minutes; sprinkle with dill. Bake 2 minutes longer or until fish flakes with fork.
- Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and capers; serve sauce with fish. Squeeze lemon juice over fish.

- Steam green beans according to package directions until crisp-tender. Toss with oil, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with nuts.
