15-Minute Lemon-Caper Grouper

Ingredients

  • 3 (6-oz) grouper fillets
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp capers
  • ½ lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper, if desired. Place fish on a foil-lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  2. Bake 10 minutes; sprinkle with dill. Bake 2 minutes longer or until fish flakes with fork.
  3. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and capers; serve sauce with fish. Squeeze lemon juice over fish.
