Mandarin Lemonade
Ingredients
- 1 mandarin orange
- 1 lemon
- 3½ cups water
- ¼ cup erythritol confectioners sugar substitute
- 1 (12-oz) can lemon flavored sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Trim ends from citrus and quarter; remove seeds. Process citrus, water, and sugar substitute in a blender until smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds. Strain and discard solids. Stir in sparkling water. Serve over ice in old fashioned glasses.
