Mandarin Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 mandarin orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 3½ cups water
  • ¼ cup erythritol confectioners sugar substitute
  • 1 (12-oz) can lemon flavored sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Trim ends from citrus and quarter; remove seeds. Process citrus, water, and sugar substitute in a blender until smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds. Strain and discard solids. Stir in sparkling water. Serve over ice in old fashioned glasses.
