Ingredients
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ tsp salt, divided
- ¼ tsp pepper, divided
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1½ Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1½ Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with ⅛ tsp each salt and pepper. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
- Meanwhile, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, and ⅛ tsp each salt and pepper. Serve sauce with chicken.
