Ingredients

  • ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ tsp salt, divided
  • ¼ tsp pepper, divided
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1½ Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1½ Tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with ⅛ tsp each salt and pepper. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, and ⅛ tsp each salt and pepper. Serve sauce with chicken.

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg halved Brussels sprouts
  • 1 oz diced pancetta
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer. Roast 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
