Korean Beef Stir Fry
Sesame Broccoli RiceIngredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp natural rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1½ Tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
- ½ (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook beef and garlic in a large skillet over medium-high heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Combine vinegar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, and pepper in a bowl; add to skillet. Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Serve beef mixture over Sesame Broccoli Rice recipe; top with cucumber, carrots, and green onions. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen riced broccoli
- 1 Tbsp dark sesame oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper

- Cook broccoli according to package directions; toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
