Clock

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup whole grain mustard
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp natural rice vinegar
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 12 slices American cheese
  • 6 hamburger buns, split
  • 6 leaves green leaf lettuce
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup hamburger dill chips

Instructions

  1. Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, vinegar, and paprika in a bowl; set aside.
  2. Combine beef, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder; shape mixture into 12 balls. Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook 3 balls of beef in hot skillet 1 minute. Smash patties with a metal spatula until very thin. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until edges are very brown; turn patties, smashing again with a spatula, and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until no longer pink.

  5. Serve 2 cheese-topped patties per bun with mayonnaise mixture, lettuce, onion, and pickles.
