Teriyaki Ground Beef and Broccoli Bowls

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb 93% lean ground beef
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup low sodium teriyaki sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 2 (8.8-oz) pkg microwaveable brown rice

Instructions

  1. Cook beef and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until brown and crumbly. Drain and return to skillet.
  2. Add teriyaki sauce, water chestnuts, and broccoli. Cook 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is tender.
  3. Heat rice according to package directions. Serve beef and broccoli over rice.
