Teriyaki Ground Beef and Broccoli Bowls
Ingredients
- ¾ lb 93% lean ground beef
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- ½ cup low sodium teriyaki sauce
- 1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 2 (8.8-oz) pkg microwaveable brown rice
Instructions
- Cook beef and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until brown and crumbly. Drain and return to skillet.
- Add teriyaki sauce, water chestnuts, and broccoli. Cook 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is tender.
- Heat rice according to package directions. Serve beef and broccoli over rice.
