Crunchy Popcorn Shrimp Tacos
Quick Baked Beans
Ingredients
- 1 (18-oz) pkg frozen popcorn shrimp
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ Tbsp Sriracha
- 2 Tbsp lime juice, divided
- 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- ½ small head red cabbage, shredded
- 2 Tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 12 street taco flour tortillas
Instructions
- Bake shrimp according to package directions .
- Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, Sriracha, and 1 Tbsp lime juice in a bowl.
- Combine corn, cabbage, honey, salt, pepper, and 1 Tbsp lime juice in a separate bowl.
- Heat tortillas according to package directions. Divide shrimp among tortillas; top with cabbage mixture. Drizzle with mayonnaise mixture.

- 1 (28-oz) can homestyle baked beans
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Side Dish Instructions
