Hot Honey-Pancetta Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 (1-lb) ball bakery pizza dough, at room temperature
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- 3 cups baby arugula
- 3 oz thin deli sliced pancetta, torn into 1-inch pieces
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp hot honey
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll out pizza dough into a 16-inch round on a greased baking sheet; prick dough all over with a fork. Brush with oil; bake 8 minutes.
- Top partially-baked crust with ricotta, arugula, pancetta, onion, and mozzarella. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted.
- Drizzle honey on pizza; sprinkle with red pepper. Cut pizza into 6 slices.
