Hot Honey-Pancetta Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (1-lb) ball bakery pizza dough, at room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups baby arugula
  • 3 oz thin deli sliced pancetta, torn into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbsp hot honey
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll out pizza dough into a 16-inch round on a greased baking sheet; prick dough all over with a fork. Brush with oil; bake 8 minutes.
  2. Top partially-baked crust with ricotta, arugula, pancetta, onion, and mozzarella. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted.
  3. Drizzle honey on pizza; sprinkle with red pepper. Cut pizza into 6 slices.
