Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- ½ cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 Tbsp olive oil mayonnaise
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook chicken, in batches, in hot oil a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
- Meanwhile, grate zest and squeeze juice from lemon. Combine lemon zest, juice, yogurt, cheese, and mayonnaise in a bowl; serve with chicken.

- 1½ cups orzo
- 1 (5-oz) pkg baby spinach
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt free Greek seasoning
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and return to pot. Add spinach, oil, and seasoning; stir until spinach wilts. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
