Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1½ cups seedless grapes, halved
  • ¾ cup diced celery
  • ¾ cup honey Dijon dressing
  • 6 pita bread rounds, halved
  • ½ head green leaf lettuce, separated into leaves

Instructions

  1. Stir together chicken, grapes, celery, and dressing in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Line pita halves with lettuce leaves; fill with chicken salad.
