Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup red pepper jelly, divided
  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 6 hamburger buns, split

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Combine beef and ¼ cup pepper jelly; season with salt and pepper, if desired. Shape mixture into 6 patties. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
  3. Spread cream cheese on buns. Serve burgers on buns with bacon and remaining ¾ cup pepper jelly.

  • 1 (32-oz) bag frozen potato tots
  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp hot sauce

  2. Meanwhile, stir together sour cream, cheese, seasoning, and hot sauce in a bowl; serve with crispy tots.
