Smothered Pork Chops

Parsley Rice and Tuscan Seasoned Broccoli

Ingredients

  • ½ cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 thick cut boneless pork chops
  • ½ (10.5-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Spread half of onion and half of mushrooms in an even layer in a lightly greased 3- to 4-quart slow cooker; top with pork and remaining onions and mushrooms.
  2. Whisk together soup and water; pour over onion mixture.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or until pork is done.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ cup long grain white rice
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 (11-oz) pkg frozen Tuscan seasoned broccoli

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions; stir in butter and parsley.
  2. Prepare broccoli according to package directions.
