Smothered Pork Chops
Parsley Rice and Tuscan Seasoned Broccoli
Ingredients
- ½ cup thinly sliced onion
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 thick cut boneless pork chops
- ½ (10.5-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp water
Instructions
- Spread half of onion and half of mushrooms in an even layer in a lightly greased 3- to 4-quart slow cooker; top with pork and remaining onions and mushrooms.
- Whisk together soup and water; pour over onion mixture.
- Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or until pork is done.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ cup long grain white rice
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 (11-oz) pkg frozen Tuscan seasoned broccoli
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare rice according to package directions; stir in butter and parsley.
- Prepare broccoli according to package directions.
