Mustard Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 1 (1-lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp water
- ¼ cup coarse ground mustard
Instructions
- Rub pork with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cook pork in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes per side or until lightly browned.
- Place pork and water in a lightly greased 3- to 4-quart slow cooker; brush pork with mustard.
- Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours or until done. Cut into slices.

- 1 (5-oz) pkg basil and herb flavored pearled couscous
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen French cut green beans
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
