Sheet Pan Chicken Thighs and Asparagus
Mashed CauliflowerIngredients
- ¼ cup butter, softened and divided
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 2½ lb bone in, skin on chicken thighs
- 2 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 1 lemon, halved
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine 2 Tbsp butter, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Brush mixture all over chicken.
- Arrange chicken on one side of a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake 35 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt 2 Tbsp butter.Add asparagus to other half of baking sheet, and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake 10 minutes longer or until chicken is done; squeeze juice from lemon over chicken and asparagus.

- 2 (20-oz) pkg frozen mashed cauliflower with olive oil and sea salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook cauliflower according to package directions.
