Ranch-Bacon Cheeseburger Patties
Red Onion Broccoli SlawIngredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- ½ (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 slices bacon
- 3 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat. Combine beef, dressing mix, and cheese in a bowl. Shape into 3 patties.
- Grill, uncovered, over medium heat 5 minutes per side or until done.
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat 6 minutes or until crisp; drain on paper towels. Serve patties on lettuce leaves. Top with tomato and bacon.

- ½ (12-oz) pkg broccoli slaw
- 2 Tbsp sliced red onion
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients. Chill until ready to serve.
