Ingredients

  • 2 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • ½ cup sesame sauce, divided
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread chicken onto metal skewers. Brush chicken with half of sauce. Grill chicken, on lightly greased grill grate, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done.
  3. Serve skewers with remaining sauce; sprinkle with green onion.

  • 1 (8.8-oz) pouch microwavable jasmine rice
  • ½ (20-oz) pkg frozen sugar snap pea stir fry
  • ½ Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp less sodium soy sauce

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook vegetables according to package directions. Toss with oil and soy sauce.
